Hey, everybody! It's Susan with ATHLEANXX for Women. Today we're doing my burning leg bench workout. With this workout you're going to do 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 10 full rounds. Our first exercise is bench jumps. You're going to stand on one side of the bench with your hands holding the bench tightly. Then you're going to explosively jump from side to side. The second exercise is alternating step up jumps. You're going to start with one foot on the bench.
You're going to explosively drive your arms up in the air, as your leg pushes you up toward the ceiling. You're going to exchange your legs in the air, land on the opposite leg, and do the same, repeating to start. Okay, I know that got my heartrate up and my legs on fire.
